Education Programmes and English Language Courses in the UK
Language Centre offers various education programmes in the UK:
Adult programmes (age – 18 - 45)
  • General English (Standard; Intensive; Business)
  • Career-based and vocational courses;

Junior programmes  (age- 12-18)
  • English language courses during summer and winter holidays;
  • GSCE/IGSCE, A-Level, Foundation, IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma Programmes in the leading UK boarding schools:
* GCSE/IGSCE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) - one or two year programme for 9th -10th formers
Course Length: 3 (from September to June) or 6 terms;
Hours per week: 30 hours;
Course content: You will study core subjects of English (5-10 hours per week) and Mathematics, plus a choice of up to four other subjects depending on your interests, ability and chosen academic or career path (List of available subjects: Accounts; Art; Biology; Business Studies; Chemistry; Combined Science; Computing/IT/ICT; Economics; Geography; History; Modern Languages; Physics, Psychology);
Course Progression: A-level or foundation programmes;
* A-Level ('Advanced Levels') - one or two - year programme for 11th-12th formers
Course Length: 3 or 6 terms;
Hours per week: Up to 24 hours;
Course content: You will study Key Skills, along with four subjects on the six-term programme and three or four subjects on the three-term programme in detail, including private research time, plus IELTS or TOEFL English language lessons where necessary.
Course Progression: A-Levels are UK public university entrance examinations and success at A Level allows you to progress to virtually all of the top-ranked universities in the UK.
* Foundation - One-year fast track programme to university – minimum age 16.5
Course Length: 3 terms;
Hours per week: Up to 25 hours;
Course content: Foundation Programme will give you a good grounding in your chosen subjects, English language provision and some basic study skills and research methods that you will need during your undergraduate degree studies.  It is an academically demanding course which consists of core academic modules and a choice of seven subject routes, each carefully designed to focus on the academic areas most useful to your future study intentions.  These routes lead directly to a range of specific degree courses in related disciplines.
Course Progression: Foundation programme is a three-term course that provides an intensive, fast-track route to a university place.  You can graduate to university in just one year. 
* The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme is a challenging two-year programme primarily aimed at students aged 16 to 19.
Hours per week: 25-30 hours;
Course content: 6 subjects (three at standard level and three at higher level) studied over two years plus 3 additional modules: Theory of Knowledge, Creativity Action and Service and an Extended Essay.
Course Progression: The IB Diploma provides students with an excellent opportunity to gain a highly prestigious qualification with worldwide recognition. Successful completion of the programme allows students apply to the top universities not only in the UK, but all around the world.

Student placement fee: 350 GBP; Return ticket: 450-500 GBP; PBS Tier 4 visa fee - 225 GBP; Tuition  fee – 5000 GBP per term approximately; Accommodation and catering fee: 3000 GBP per term approximately; Enrolment fee – 100-150 GBP; Airport transfer -150 GBP; Pocket money – 350 GBP per term;
